CIRCULAR LETTER TO UNITS                                              25.7.2018

Dear Comrades,
IMPORTANT

Reg: All India Strike in IDBI Bank & other agitational programmes

We refer to our joint communication along with AIIDBEA and AIIDBIOA dt. 24-7-2018 regarding agitational programmes and All India Strike on 30-8-2018.  All these decisions were taken after detailed discussion and in total consultation with and consent of AIIDBEA and AIIDBIOA.

However, we learn that today evening AIIDBIOA on its own has given a separate call for 2 days strike on 9th and 10th August, 2018.

This is in deviation of the decisions of the meeting held yesterday in Chennai on the steps to be taken jointly by us to oppose the proposed dilution of Government’s capital to less than51% in IDBI Bank.

In view of this development, please be informed that all the programmes as contained in our joint circular dated 24-7-2018 stands suspended forthwith.

With greetings,
