to discuss future course of action.

SBI : Sab Bhurai Isme : It is the bank where most inefficient; 

work shirker; shoe licker & corrupt are promoted. 

Here no body in top brass is worried about banking; bank employees & customers. 

The solo aim of mostly Scale 4 & above is to get promotion & commission and reap perks ; develop personal business relation with customers at the cost of long term bank survival & growth. Union leaders r brokers.

Exploitation of public in SBI life Insurance & MF; Heavy charges on transactions. This money earned is wasted in inflated purchases; false bills; 

AMC for no service and at heavy cost to known ex bankers. 

Fake lease ( mostly live in their own house) ; heavy & false medical bills; LTC .etc . 

They r interested in commission from SBI life; under table game of bad loans. 

Technology is just useless...always hanged system; too much processing time and 

frequent loss of connectivity.

No quality training ; transfer not based on needs but on base of Godfather's call. 

Promotion already told. 

Very less pay. 

They have refused promotion to talented exserviceman. Matter is in court. Highly alarming 55-60% is the attrition rate.

Further; they r so shameless and mean that they take personal and official work from poor canteen boys; safaiwala but give just 1250 rs pm .....yes ; just 1250 in PSU instead of min 9000 ( min wage) ; clerical just 13000 bucks. 

Still they do not feel shame in asking unauthorized works of all kinds. All young & beautiful girls posted in LHO. 

Few bad events already happened. It is not a marketing place . Moreover; They r not experienced enough to handle admin job. Why?...

We r in dilemma whether to support privatisation or not? 

Current scene is killer for good ; talented ; efficient and experienced people.i
