Pelting stones on police and common men, burning public properties and creating nuisance on road by crowd of law breakers is legal and arresting them by UP government is called as dictatorial act in by leaders of almost all NonBJP parties.
Construction of house and shops on public land is legal and taking bulldozer action on such properties by Yogi government is unconstitutional as per opponents of Modi and BJP government.
Leaders of opposition parties are judges in themselves and they do not have faith in judiciary, Indian police, investigating agencies and finally Indian constitution . This is why what so ever crime their followers commit, it is called their constitutional right and all actions taken by government to stop it and punish law breakers is called as attack on democratic principles.
People belonging to Congress party and other NonBJP parties plead for acquittal of Kasab like terrorists but want immediate execution of( 'Fansi') Nupur Sharna who cited a few lines of their religious book.
If CBI and ED investigate Politicians who are involved in corruption , it is called vendetta politics of BJP government. But when Lal Krishna Advani like most popular leader was sent to jail by Lalu government in Bihar, when all leaders of opposition parties were arrested by the then PM Indira Gandhi using emergency powers and when Randeo Baba was tortured by imposing 83 cases against him by UPA government it was considered as Constitutional by them who are now crying against present government.
In almost all TV debates, persons representing Muslim Community are designated as Islamic Scholars whereas others as political party representatives or analysts. It looks funny as also hurt us when these scholars use abusive words, when their behaviour is below the standard and particularly when they without any hesitation denegrade, show disrespect and humiliate our PM, our administrative system, our judiciary, our culture and above all our country.

In 2012, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and advocate Subramanian Swamy had filed a complaint before a trial court alleging that some Congress leaders were involved in cheating and breach of trust in the acquisition of Associated Journals Ltd by Young Indian Ltd (YIL). He alleged that YIL had 'taken over' the assets of the National Herald in a 'malicious' way.
Case is 10 years old and the case was lodged when BJP was not in power .
Then why and how Congress party leaders say that BJP government is targeting Gandhi family and particularly Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi? And why they are disturbing peace of many big towns and cities. They are real anachiest and problem creator and problem aggravaters. They put hurdles in growth and then question government on unemployment.
Such sorry state of affairs is very much painful and need to be dealt with iron hand.
Latest example of anarchy is revolt against Agnipath scheme launched by central government for recruitment in army. Students burnt public properties in the state of B8har, Harayana and other states. Fact is that these students have not read and have not understood the scheme. They acted simply on instigation and provocation by any national forces. Forces which are bent upon weakening country and tarnishing image of the country have become more active sometimes in the name of religion and sometimes other lame excuses.
Communist minded persons have to oppose whatsoever government do or propose to do. These persons are themselves empty minded but in habit of crying against government without understanding pros and cons of the scheme. These people work less but cry more for more salary for themselves. They are least bothered for students who are totally jobless and who cannot continue even study.
Short service commission for armed forces is in existence for decades. Under proposed scheme students will get trying and then work for considerably good salary. There are many students who are completing their education and are working in private banks at lower salary. When they do not work to the satisfaction of employee they are removed.
But it is unfortunate that left minded people want only secured government job so that they may get salary and even illegal gratification without doing even satisfactory work.
Communist unions have inculcated bad culture in minds of government employees including public sector banks and this is why majority of public sector units are considered under performers. Majority of public banks became sick mainly due to such dishonest in work and in mind.
These people as rhetoric curse private sector employers but the fact is that it is private sector employees who employ lacs of youth every year and pay far greater than what government employees are paid. However it is also true that private employer cannot allow under performers in their organisations. These days private recruiters pick up best students from their campus much before completion of their course offering handsome packages.
It is desirable therefore that students who under provocation are creating nuisense on roads should revisit policy and if needed raise proper queries to the authorities.
We should definitely enact stern laws to stop such anarchists.

● Anarchy is treason. It's war against sovereign theRepublic of India, it's Constitution & Democracy.
● Treat Foreign Funding as a money to overthrow & destabilize Democratic system & create anarchy.
● For such Criminals, create Kalapani like Concentration camps in Andaman Nicobar, far from reach.
● Such convicted criminals shouldn't be kept in district / central jails with other convicts.
● Cases of such criminals be tried in fast track courts, hearing on day to day basis, fast judgement.
● Against the conviction one can appeal either in HC or in SCI. In case of death penalty, mercy petition chance can be given to file to President of India.
● In first case of anarchy a lenient view in punishment, but in second case harshest punishment of death sentence or deportation till death.
Strictest laws should be made to root out the anarchy. It's need of hour to have a policy of zero tolerance for the traitors, hard core criminals and miscreants. Under this law, the associates/ accomplices of criminals should also be treated as equal offenders, because the involvement in the crime is as serious as the commission of the crime. Family members of anarchist knowing of his/her family member involved in anarchy and not informing police should be treated as similarly placed accomplices
If the miscreants are absconding, if they are not cooperating with the legal bodies, then they should be eliminated directly.
India should arrange Kalapani like jails/ concentration camps in Andaman- Nicobar far away. Such convicted criminals should be kept away from society in such jails/camps for life. There should be a provision to file mercy petition to the President, only in the death penalty cases.
The increasing organized crime, terrorist activities and organized country-wide disturbances in India have to be taken seriously. To stop this, a strictest legal system has to be made. There is no limit to the frenzy. This will be solved only when the law and order is four steps ahead of this.
