Know About Medical Insurance Policy Union Bank

 *Renewal of IBA policy- 2020-21*

As we know IBA Medical Insurance policy is due for renewal w.e.f. 1st November, 2020.

 In this regards we draw attention of our members as under:

A) Online Registration for retirees/ family pensioners already covered under expiring Retiree Policy of 2019-20.

B) Manual Registration for ‘New Joinees’/ retirees/ family pensioners not covered under expiring Retiree Policy of 2019-20. They shall have to submit a Letter if Consent via dedicated email ID.

C) In case no option is exercised by the retiree/ family pensioner, it will be presumed that retiree/ family pensioner has opted to EXIT from the ensuing policy for the year 2020-21.

D) Super Top Up Policy is only available to Retirees who opt for not less than Rs.3 lacs and Rs.4 lacs Sum Insured in Base Policy for clerks and officers respectively. 

E) Retirees / VRS posters who could not join this IBA Group Medical Insurance Policy earlier can join the policy this year.

F)  Please appraise to those old age retirees nearby you who are not active in social media and help them for renewal.

G) Please  keep sufficient balance in account.

H)  From this renewal the insurance company will be changed from UIIC to National Insurance Co.

I)  This time there are various options available as per circular for Sum insured. Please read carefully and select according to your choice.

J) Also reduced premium for single person has been fixed first time.
