Will Bankers Go On Strike on 12 & 13 September?

UFBU has tweeted as follows
Meeting with IBA
Discuss on wage increase
5 days banking
Family pension
Med insurance
IBA not moved further
Behavior of IBA is very ridiculous
We decided to go on strike on 12 n 13rd Sept 19
If IBA will neglect this time then comrades be ready for indef strike.

I do not believe that UFBU will really resort to strike as threatened in the tweet. It is a well planned strategy to keep their members waiting, hoping and finally accepting what their leaders sign in Bipartite settlement. It is nothing but their drame to further postpone negotiations. So far as IBA is concerned , they always show horror film of potential link wage structure to UFBU during every talks held for settlement which took place during last few BSs.

 Their message cited above is itself contradictory and confusing. Leaders ask members to be ready for strike on 12 and 12th September as also for indefinite strike.

Has they been serious on respectable wage hike, they could have given a call for indefinite strike much before.


I wish all the best. Let us wait for detailed circular of UFBU.

आगे किसी वार्ता को जारी रखने के लिए - शर्मनाक।

बैंक कर्मचारियो को PLP का ऑफर देना एक निहायत ही घटिया ओर थर्ड क्लास का ऑफर है। सरकार और IBA को कर्मचारियो की ताकत को नही ललकारना चाहिए। जहा शर्ते कर्मचारियो की होनी चाहिये वहा उल्टा कर्मचारियो के सामने शर्ते रखी जा रही है। IBA द्वारा शर्तो का नंगा नाच किया जा रहा है।

 किसी जिन्दा व्यक्ति पर केरोसीन डाल  कर आग लगाना और   PLP performance base का ऑफर देना या लागू करना बराबर है।

 क्या कोर्ट का जज जो वेतन लेता है वो उसके निर्णयो पर आधारित होता है??

क्या स्कूल का टीचर जो सेलरी लेता है वो सभी बच्चो के पास या फेल होने से जुड़ा रहता है??

क्या रेलवे कर्मचारी को सेलरी उसके यात्रियो के आधार पर दी जाती है ??

क्या अस्पताल मे डॉक्टर को सेलरी इस आधार पर दी जाती है की उसने कितने मरीजो का इलाज किया ??

क्या सांसद ओर विधायक को सेलरी इस आधार पर दी जाती है की उसने कितने लोगो को रोटी, कपडा, मकान दिया?? और इनको किस बात की पेंशन??

क्या सरकार और सभी सरकारी विभाग प्रॉफिट में हैं??

क्या पुलिस को सेलरी इस आधार पर दी जायेगी की उन्होने कितने गुंडे पकड़े है ??

अगर ऊपर बताये गये किसी भी विभाग को performance के आधार पर सेलरी नही दी जा सकती तो बैंक कर्मचारियों के सामने ऐसा ऑफर रखने का क्या मतलब हुआ???

क्या हमे मान लेना चाहिये की बैंक के कर्मचारियो को इस देश मे सबसे घृणा की नजर से देखा जाता है।

बैंक का कर्मचारी आधार कार्ड बनाता है , बैंक कर्मचारी 12 ओर 330 का बीमा करता है बैंक कर्मचारी जीरो बैलेंस के खाते खोलता हेै, जीवन बीमा बेचता हैं, म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड बेचता हैं। ऋण माफ़ी का काम करता है और ऐसे बहुत से काम करता है जिनका सीधा फायदा सरकारे चुनाव मे लेती है । क्या बैंक का कर्मचारी आधार कार्ड बनाके अपनी performance देगा ओर कि दिन के 100  , 200  रुपये पर कितना फायदा कर्मचारी को मिलेगा ??

केंद्र सरकार को चाहिए कि तुरंत हस्तक्षेप करके बैंक कर्मचारियों के लिए सीपीसी के समकक्ष वेतन समझौता लागु करें।
