Dear Officers,

C H Venkitachalam in a meeting organised by AIBEA State Unit at Kanpur unilaterally declared that UFBU will split vertically into "two" !!!!

Award staff unions will split and sign the Bipartite settlment !!!

The present percentage offer made by IBA is far better than the previous settlment in quantitative terms. !!!!!!

Such a shameful attire for the whole banking community when the autocratic arrogance of the clerical leader is hampering the interests of officers.

Atleast now, we all should have the basic courtesy to kick out such hopeless people and their cheap political self centred trade unions

AIBEA & AIBOA were crying loud and shedding crocodile tears,  when All India Bank Officers confederation walked out of wage negotiations.

They were wheeping and shedding sentiments of unity of bankers..!!!

What happened to unity concept when AIBEA leader proclaimed that UFBU will split..???

Head held high, the AIBOC had the guts and back bone to raise the voice against the sarcasm of IBA when they were fooling the negotiators and banking community, throwing peanut offers.

Dont we have dignity and pride...????

Whether our self respect and confidence still remains under pledge of such "autocrats"..???

Friends, AIBOA and AIBEA are seasoned scammers.

When the whole banking community is looking forward for a dignified settlment, such unethical ultra revolutionaries sold the life and dreams of lakhs of bankers to the IBA.
At present, AIBEA leaders hijacked AIBOA and are in a campaign to sell their beautiful lie and to convince the poor bankers "how much huge settlement they have bargained for bankers"

Back door settlments and hoax stories are not new in this game. But now its all open since the AIBOC raised voice and stood rock solid to protect the self esteem of officers.

Instead of sitting in bathrooms and shooting social media messages,  these leaders should take a feed back of the banking community, whether the bankers subscribe to "their multi colored flukes"... Still do the bankers believe in such hypocrisy...???

Its time to give a befitting reply to such psycphancy or else a day will shortly arrive when such indegenous politicians will put a "for sale" board on us, the bankers...

I submit below valued opinion of Sri Kamlesh Chaturvedi on role of left parties associated trade union leaders.

जब जब अन्याय और असमता के ख़िलाफ़ बैंक कर्मियों की आवाज़ बुलन्द होती दिखाई देती है तब तब आईबीए से मिल कर बैंक कर्मियों के अधिकारों पर कुठारापात करने वाले सक्रिय हो जाते हैं -जिस अन्दाज़ में AIBOC ने समानता और बराबरी के लिए बैंक कर्मियों की आवाज़ को दृढ़ता के साथ उठाया है उससे लाल झण्डे वालों की छाती पर साँप लोटने लगा है और वे AIBOC को नीचा दिखाने के लिए IBA से मिल कर  हर तरह के हथकण्डे अपनाने लगे हैं । ताज़ा मसला AIBOC द्वारा माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में देना बैंक और विजया बैंक के बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा में  उस याचिका से सम्बंधित है जिसके माध्यम से AIBOC ने सरकार के विलय के अधिकार को संवैधानिक चुनौती दी है -इस याचिका से सरकार और IBA दवाब में आ गए थे । AIBOC के ईमानदारी भरे प्रयासों पर पानी फेरने के प्रयासों के तहत CHV के इशारे पर नागराजन जी ने उसी मुद्दे पर याचिका राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय में लगवा दी - मक़सद साफ़ था कि जब एक ही मुद्दे पर एक से अधिक याचिकाएँ अलग अलग उच्च न्यायालय में लग जाती हैं तब उच्चतम न्यायालय के हस्तक्षेप की सम्भावना बन जाती है । AIBOC ने इस चाल को भाँप लिया और उसने AIBOA से सीधे और UFBU के संयोजक के माध्यम से राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय में AIBOA द्वारा लगाई गयी याचिका को वापिस लेने का अनुरोध किया । नियत अगर साफ़ होती और इरादे नेक होते तो AIBOA दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष AIBOC द्वारा दायर याचिका में पक्षकार बन सकती थी -ऐसा करने से विलय के मसले पर उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष एक से अधिक संघठन संघर्ष करते दिखाई पड़ते, उनके द्वारा किए गए अधिवक्ता अपने अपने तरीक़े से विलय का विरोध करते लेकिन यहाँ तो मंशा AIBOC के प्रयासों पर पानी फेरने की थी इसीलिए AIBOC के अनुरोध के बावजूद राजस्थान उच्चन्यायालय से याचिका वापिस नहीं ली गयी । नतीजा यह कि बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा राजस्थान याचिका को आधार बना कर उच्चतम न्यायालय ले गयी -मिल जुल कर एक सोची समझी रणनीति के तहत खेले गए इस खेल का नतीजा यह हुआ कि उच्चतम न्यायालय ने दिल्ली उच्चन्यायालय के समक्ष AIBOC द्वारा दायर याचिका की सुनवाई पर रोक लगा दी । AIBOC की याचिका पर सुनवाई पर रोक का मतलब इन तीन बैंक के विलय के ख़िलाफ़ AIBOC के प्रयासों को झटका देकर एक लम्बी जटिल क़ानूनी प्रक्रिया में उलझा देना और विलय का रास्ता आसान कर देना । 

 क्या इससे यह साबित नहीं होता कि लाल झण्डे वालों का विलय का विरोध मात्र दिखावा है और वास्तव में तो ये विलय के समर्थक हैं । 

ये वही नागराजन हैं जिन्होंने नौवें द्विपक्षीय समझौते के दौरान इसी तरह का तकनीकी खेल खेलते हुए पेंसन के एक और विकल्प हेतु सभी कर्मचारियों से 1.6 गुना अंशदान की सहमति को रातों रात परिवर्तित करवा कर केवल भविष्यनिधि वालों के लिए 2.8 गुना करवा दिया था । ये वही नागराजन हैं जिन्होंने दसवें वेतन समझौते के दौरान तय हुए फ़ंक्शनल अलाउयन्स को जिसे सेवा निवृत्त लाभ की गड़ना में सम्मिलित किया जाना था रातों रात एक ऐसे विशेष भत्ते में परिवर्तित करवा दिया जिसे सेवा निवृत्त लाभ की गड़ना में शामिल नहीं किया जाता और जिसके कारण 1.11.2012 के बाद सेवा निवृत्त हुए बैंक कर्मियों की पेंसन कम हो गयी ।जब पूर्व न्यू बैंक ऑफ़ इण्डिया के कर्मचारी पंजाब नैशनल बैंक में विलय के बाद वरिष्ठता में कमी और सुदूर स्थानांतरण के ख़िलाफ़ पुरज़ोर संघर्ष कर रहे थे तब इन्हीं लाल झण्डे वालों ने अपने ही नेता स्वर्गीय जे॰के॰साहनी के साथ दग़ाबाज़ी कर मैनज्मेंट से हाथ मिला लिया था जिसका परिणाम आज भी पूर्व न्यू बैंक कर्मी आधी वरिष्ठता के साथ भोग रहे हैं । 

अब समय आ गया है जब कर्मचारी हितैषी सभी संघठनों को एक साथ मिल कर लाल झण्डे वालों को किनारे लगा देना चाहिए और यह काम अगर कोई कर सकता है तो वो हैं एनसीबीई और INBOC के सदस्य जिनके नेता लाल झण्डे वालों के हाथ की कठपुतली बन गए हैं ।
