What Bank Staff Got By Strike? Is Strike Not Politically Motivated?

Ask your Leaders, what they achieved
Of 21st & 26th Dec Strikes? Had they GOT Mandate or Could they STOP merger of BOB-VB-DB?

Ask your leaders, the priorities they have, Wages settlement or else?

Stop your leaders to political STRIKE. Use it just for right causes of employees/officers and to safe guard only Public Section Character.

Hypocracy must come to end. Come to real issues & concentrate on like improvement in wages, service conditions, support steps that government takes to recover NPAs, capitalization & consolidation helping PSBs to be more vibrant, economically viable and operationally competent. Your conspicuous silence in many important fundamental aspects of PSBs has brought PSBs to such great demoralizing status, as  to 11 PSBs are languishng under PCA. They are on roll back mode from market, Sirs.

Don't weaken PSBs any more. Spare them to exist. If can, rise up to save PSBs from slanderous misuse, plunders and loots by unscrupulous elements. Oppose abuse of farm credit, being diverted to consumption side and being waived from exchequers draining public revenues, that can be used for development of nation.

Oppose discriminatory approach to urban poors who if fail to repay loan are subjected to arrest and recovery of loans alongwith recovery charges. Come to real issues that matter to nation & people. Stop such gimmicks as taking recourse to strike to please your political mentors.

Dont politicize strike. Strike should only be used for employees/officers causes. Ban on your such fissipsrous tendencies, whimsical nonsense, irrational and irrelevant approaches which ultimately cost very dearly to poorly paid bank employees & officers.

Last month 2 days strike and now again two days on 8/9th is really sadful. You achieve nothing by your such acts.

Please tell as to what you got out of 21st Dec. Or 26th Dec. strikes?

Had mandate come?

Had 3 Banks consolidation stopped?

When you have employees/officers related issues pending in hand which may warrat further actions, how far you are logically correct to join the chorus of 2 days general strike on 8/9 Jan.?

In past in such situation leaders had just ended up with moral support. By your unbecoming acts you have had damaged a lot. Please refrain from any more.

Bank employees & officers are aware of your love relations to Congress, Chidambaram etc. They together have had made Perilous loss to nation & people.
