It is between ‘Rohini Rao and others Vs State Bank of Hyderabad’. We filed Misc petitions to consolidate the cause and moving it further. Anytime the main petition will come up for hearing. Awaiting that

Appeal of union Bank of  india was rejected by Dy CLC Kanpur in case of Sri Debanshu Majumdar,Sri D.K.Bhati ,Sri Rajendra Prasad and Sri Anil Sinha against payment order of controler of gratuity Act 1972 .we await for payment .

Union bank of India filed appeal against payment order of gratuity of ALC central Allahabad. Dy CLC Kanpur rejected appeal of Bank and granted payment of Rs. 942781/-plus 10percent intt to Sri Akhilesh Prasad of UBI.

Members,the group has filed 2writ petition ,taking petitioners from various banks as nd psu,s.            ..                       1. GraTuity writ demanding enhancement wef.1.1.16.Writ admitted and next dt.12.2.19 .Order passed "nisi"is fVourable.            .............      2 Writ in the matter of violation of P.Grat.act.admitted yesterday and next dt.21.5.19.                                   pension updation and sp.all.matter,draft is in progress and shall be filed on receiving bench mark contributions else mag be delayed.Min.contribution is 1500.We expect more from scale 3 and above.      PSu employees to inform their pension policy and gratuity scheme.  Thanks and Regards.

 date of hearing for our writ has been fixed for 12th March, for preliminary hearing✌👍 Regarding payment of pension on special allowance to retiree officer after 1.11.2012🙏

Our writ came up for hearing today. Hon'ble court has desired a clarification about grant of special allowance not counting for pension etc in the past. The needful Will be done after downloading the court order. The case is now listed for 12th march. Thanks and regards.
