Our writ came up for hearing today. Hon'ble court has desired a clarification about grant of special allowance not counting for pension etc in the past. The needful Will be done after downloading the court order. The case is now listed for 12th march. Thanks and regards.

It would be better that these cases are pursued by registered unions of bank employees because they have resources, knowledge and experience to fight such cases. If we get an adverse judgement from any court due to wrong handling of case, it would be difficult to get a favourable judgement in appeal.
