Does UFBU listen to its own constituents what to talk about Bank Employees?

Here is copy of Letter sent by Sri Subhash Sawant, General Secretary, INBEF to Chairman and Convenor of UFBU and copy of these letters were sent to all constituent. The letter is self explanatory. Sri Sawant is cautioning the detrimental and disadvantageous effects of settlement, he is quoting settled Law and demanding amendments.

Now after signing of the settlement we can draw conclusion that voice raised by Sri Sawant remain unheard. Since UFBU follows a policy of keeping every thing as closely guarded secret, we would never come to know inside story as to why voice of INBEF remained unnoticed and unheard.
