Today again, Thankless PM has criticised PS Banks as "Bhrashtachar ka adda" and bank employees as arrogant. Earlier, PM Modi had called bankers as lazy.
In USA also, he criticised bank employees while talking to NRIs.
As already said, It is just prelude. Modi has already expressed desire to separate posts of CMD & Chairmen for PS Banks and also appointing personnel from pvt sector/ enterpreneurs. He would place industrialists like Adani, Ambani etc (who financed thousands o...f crores for his elections) as Chairmen of PS Banks. It is time for him to repay the debts & compensate his creditors, some way.

But now semi-literate Modi has made a habit to teach literature and has a flair to preach all & sundry including industrialists, bankers, economists, scientists etc. even with his distorted facts, lies, incorrect & half-baked knowledge on history, science & other fields.
PM has not appreciated the problems of the bank employees who have to toil in difficult circumstances in remote areas, under various types of pressures & tough situations. He & his govt are not considering the genuine demands of bankers for adequate salary revision, at least, at par with Central Govt employees or other PSU employees.
Instead, he is fracturing the motivation of bankers by calling them lazy.
We bank employees; why can't we unitedly teach him a lesson by enmass voting against Modi party in forthcoming elections in some states; to let him realize that bankers too are strong & formidable force to reckon with. We may vote any other Tom, Dick or Herry; but we need to make Modi understand our real value.
An old song, sung by Legend Mohd. Rafi, comes to mind:
"Zindagi bheekh me nahin milti... zindagi baddh ke chheeni jaati hai... "
It is time to stand united and fight for bank employees rights.

आज सेंट्रल बैंक एम्पलोयी यूनियन के राष्ट्रीय महा सचिव श्री सुभाष एस सावंत ने कुछ ऐसी बातों का खुलासा किया जिसे जानकार आप आश्चर्यचकित और सकते में जाएंगे । उन्होने बैंकिंग क्षेत्र के लगभग हर ज्वलंत मुद्दे पर
विस्तृत चर्चा की और जो आँखे खोल देने वाले सच सामने आया उनमें से कुछ अंश मैं आपके
साथ शेयर कर रहा हूँ।
1. हम वेज रिवीजन की बात करते हैं और कई पचास गालियाँ आईबीए को देते हैं
लेकिन डिले करने में सबसे बढ़ा हाथ हमारी यूनियन का है जो लेवी के चक्कर में...
कभी दो साल तो कभी ढाई साल तक डिले करवाते हैं। अगर हमारी यूनियन
ईमानदारी से नेगोशिएशन करे तो हमें 25% भी मिल सकता है लेकिन यूनियन
को कुछ अन्य शर्तों (जिससे ज्यादातर रिटायर्ड लोगो को नुकसान होता है) पर
बलि देना होगी जिसके लिए यूनियन कतई तैयार नहीं चाहे फिर 11% पर ही वेज
रिविज़न क्यों न हो जाए।
2. जब 18.5 की बात चली तो कई लोगों ने इसे अफवाह बताया लेकिन इसके पीछे
की सच्चाई क्या है? दरअसल जब 27 जुलाई को UFBU माननीय वित्त
मंत्री श्री जेटली से मिलने पहुँची तब श्री जेटली ने यूनियन को स्पष्ट कर
दिया था कि जितना लास्ट सैटलमेंट में तुमको मिला था (17.5) उससे मैं 1%
ज्यादा (18.5) देने को तैयार हूँ लेकिन हुआ क्या सभी यूनियन ने बाहर आके एक
सर्क्युलर जारी किया कि वित्त मंत्री के साथ मीटिंग सकारात्मक रही। आखिर
उस समय 18.5 की बात क्यों बैंकर्स से छुपाई गयी??
3. वित्त मंत्रालय को हमें pay commission में शामिल करने में कोई एतराज़
नहीं है किन्तु ऐतराज़ हमारी यूनियन को है क्योकि उसके बाद
उनका हुक्का पानी बंद हो जाएगा। और कई करोड़ का चंदा और लेवी बंद
हो जाएगी। इसीलिए आज तक UFBU ने कभी Pay commission का सपोर्ट
नहीं किया।
4. सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात, सभी यूनियन हम युवाओं के सोशियल मीडिया के माध्यम
साथ आने से काफी सावधान हो गयी है और लगातार इस ग्रुप के सभी मूवमेंट पर
नज़र जमाए है।
साथियों हमें बस अब एकजुट होना ही होगा और इसके अलावा हमारे पास कोई
अन्य चारा भी नहीं है नहीं तो ये UFBU (Useless forum of Bujurg Uncles)
हमारी बलि देकर ऐसे ही मौज मारती रहेगी और हम दिन ब दिन ऐसे
ही अपना सम्मान खोते जाएँगे।

Dear Bankers,
It is quite shameful moment for me to hear about one of our respected officers doing such kind of illicit act. Recently I came to knew about that one of Chief Manager in PNB (Punjab National Bank) has been put in prison for sexual harassment with young married female clerk. All strong proofs gone against him. That Lady clerk and her husband went for justice. He was arrested but unfortunately by using power he is freely because Delhi police denied and freed him t...hat same day. Now, I think as per my sources he is right now working as senior chief manager in one of PNB's branch. Please spread this harassing act of manager and let him know of his immoral act of life. May God punish him for his Sins
Here I'm sharing with you all a News Paper cutting which will further clarify the whole matter. It’s really matter of shame for all Bankers. Such dirty kind of people should be out of banking as soon as possible.
