*मोदी है तो मुमकिन है*

 सभी भारतीय नागरिकों को बधाई कि संसद ने ऐतिहासिक महिला आरक्षण विधेयक सर्वसम्मति से पारित कर दिया।

संसदीय लोकतंत्र के भारतीय इतिहास में पहली बार हुआ कि कोई विधेयक संसद के दोनों सदनों द्वारा लगभग सभी संसद सदस्यों के समर्थन से पारित किया गया है, सत्तारूढ़ और विपक्षी दोनों दलों ने पूरे दिल से विधेयक का समर्थन किया।

ऐसे में बिल का पास होना न सिर्फ देश की महिलाओं के लिए गर्व की बात है बल्कि संसदीय लोकतंत्र के लिए भी बेहद गर्व की बात है कि विपक्षी दलों और लगभग सभी व्यक्तिगत सांसदों ने सत्ताधारी दल द्वारा पेश किए गए बिल का समर्थन किया जो  अतीत में किसी विधेयक पर या  संसद द्वारा पारित किसी संवैधानिक संशोधन विधेयक पर कभी नहीं देखा गया है।

यह ठीक ही कहा गया है

Congratulations to all Indian citizens that Parliament passed historic Women’s Reservation Bill unanimously. 

For the first time in Indian history of Parliamentary democracy that a bill has been passed by both house of Parliament with support of almost all Members of Parliament,  ruling and opposition parties both supported the bill wholeheartedly.  

As such, passing of the bill is not only a matter of pride for women of the country but it is a matter of immense pride also for Parliamentary Democracy that opposition parties and almost all individual MPs supported the bill presented by  ruling party which has never been seen in the past on any bill or on any constitutional amendment bill passed by  Parliament in the past. 

It is rightly said
