बैंकर्स की वेतन समझौता वार्ता आज भी बेनतीजा रही।
IBA ने 12 प्रतिशत वेतन वृद्धि का प्रस्ताव रखा जिसे बैंक यूनियन्स से नहीं माना।
परफॉर्मन्स लिंक्ड इंसेंटिव पे को लेकर अधिकारी संगठनों का विरोध यथावत रहा।
पांच दिवसीय सप्ताह व पेन्सन सम्बन्धी विषयों पर चर्चा सकारात्मक रही, जिस पर विस्तृत चर्चा होनी है।
कामगार यूनियन्स ने 20 सितंबर का दिल्ली प्रदर्शन वापस ले लिया है।
*अधिकारी संगठनों ने वार्ता को निराशाजनक बताया और अपने हड़ताल व सभी विरोध प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रमों के निर्णय को यथावत रखा है।*
*26 व 27 सितंबर की चारों अधिकारी संगठनों की हड़ताल यथावत है।*

ReplyDeleteIBA's legitimacy to have a say in our wage negotiation itself is a moot point.
ReplyDeleteEven if granted so whether the mandate gives them the authority bring in new formulae like PLI?
Their earlier attempt to deny retirement benefits by bringing in concept like special pay has been struck down by Supreme Court.(Strangely this has not been taken up unions vociferously denying the benefits to thousands of recent retirees-provlbaly kept in reserve to claim as an achievement after settling for some meagre increase and after agreeing to some tricks like the health coverage)
It is really stunning that after more than 25 months of negotiations terms like discussion on 5 day week, pension updation etc was positive are dangled before the helpless bankers!
