An Appeal to Prime Minister Mr. Modi

Common men are not getting enough money for their use from Bank or from their ATM. Some of influencial customers are managing cash from back door of the bank.

Police, income tax officers and ED officers have caught several such persons who in nexus with bank officials managed exchange of huge volume of old notes with new currencies.

Common men who are unable to get cash at ATM or from banks even after making several attempts at several places are very much annoyed and angry over the government though they realize from core of their hear that intention of the government is bonafide and targeted to curb and reduce use of black money in the economy and in terror funding.

 Patience of common men, service class person, small business men is crossing the limit of their tolerance because they  stand in line before bank's Branch or ATM every day and denied cash at last saying that stock of note is exhausted. Bankers may be making  a genuine plea that they are not getting enough cash from their controlling offices. By the time one  person standing in long ques approaches near ATM or near a bank he finds notes are exhausted. This is very much painful for some who are unfortunately not getting cash even after wasting much of his valued time.  Unfortunately media men belonging to some TV channels are adding fuel to fire.

I therefore request , honourable Prime Minister of India  to advise each branch of each bank to maintain a continuous scroll number or serial number or registration number which will be valid till 30th December . This will be helpful for those who do not get cash on a day because of shortage of cash because their number will become  starting point on next day. If on second day too ,note is exhausted by the time his turn comes , he will be sure to get chance on priority on subsequent days at least. Similarly ATM may be managed. We have to take clue from famous doctors how they manage their crowd of patients who cry for early number.

I am sorry to state that common men are very much in pain due to non- availability of notes. Position has not improved to desired extent even after lapse of more than a month. They do not understand what is black money or fake money or terror funding if their demand for genuine need of cash is not fulfilled.

Private banks in particular are not feeding notes in ATM. They do not allow common men enter into banks at many branches and give cash to affluent persons. This evil work of few branches of private banks has tarnished not only image of bankers but also hurt the good motive of demonetization. Some PSU banks are also indulged in playing foul game to earn some extra money. Due to some lapses in execution of good policy, entire banking community is subjected to humiliation .

Though government is trying to punish guilty officers, need of the hour is to give relief to common men who are suffering due to shortage of cash. System of digital payments is also perfectly not in place. And as long as full system of digital payments is not working in full swing , government should provide enough cash to all. As of now even staff  of  government departments , Railways ,PSUs, state officials are not fully equipped with tools and knowledge of digital payments mechanism.

I therefore request you, the Prime Minister of India to Please ensure cash to all in all villages and towns and cities. Villagers should get cash on priority because villagers are not well conversant with digital payments. People in urban areas can manage their daily needs in many ways at least to some extent but villagers cannot.

If anger of common men results in violence, good policies of the government will start appearing as bad and resultant effect will have adverse impact on prospect of BJP in election too.

Already persons like Kejriwal ,Rahul and other opponents are engaged in fishing in disturbed water. Urgent action is therefore needed to cool down the anger of common men.. Line management will prove helpful in sprinkling water on wild fire which has engulfed the entire country. Providing enough cash to banks and it's timely and equitable distribution to all branches as per justified limit is also need of the hour. Please look into it

I know government is taking corrective steps on daily basis and hope situation will not go out of control.

Here it is important to mention that bank employees who in general have been working day and night for smooth service to common men are also to  face humiliation from c0mmon men as also from media men .
