6. सारी सुविधाएं ऑनलाइन कर दी जिससे समय पर जल्दी काम हो सके और घूसखोरी कम हो सके…
7. डीजल 12 रूपये कम हो गया
8. महंगाई पिछले 7 साल के सबसे निचले स्तर पर पहुंच गई
9. सरकारी बाबू टाइम पे ऑफिस जाने लगे
10. देश का मान सम्मान दुनियाँ में बढ़ने लगा।
11. पाकिस्तान डरने लगा।
12. बाहर से आयात कम हो गया। सभी वस्तुएं देश में बनने
लगी।
13. घरेलु व्यापार को संरक्षण मिल गया।
14. पुराने घिसे पिटे अंग्रेज़ों के बनाये क़ानून खत्म होने लगे
15. रेलवे का आधुनिकीकरण शुरू हो गया। ( जैसे लम्बी दूरी की पैसेंजर गाड़ियों में
स्टेशन आने की सूचना का प्रसारण शुरू हो गया बिलकुल मेट्रो की तरह )
16. गैस कंपनियों की भी पोर्टेबिलिटी शुरू हो गयी
17. किसान विकास पत्र फिर शुरू हुए नए स्वरूप के साथ
18.आयकर की सीमा 2.5 लाख हुई
19. जन धन योजना से बैंको और कम खर्च में जीने वालों का फायदा और बीमा अलग
ये तो कम से कम वो बातें हैं जिनका effect पूरे देश पर पड़ रहा है. और सभी काम साधारण आदमी तक पहुँच
चुके है सिर्फ कागजी नहीं। और अभी तो सिर्फ नौ महीने
ही हुए है बहुत दिन पड़े हैं. हर दिन काम हो रहे है. 2019 तक तो विरोधी दल बचेंगे
भी नहीं.
ये तो वो काम है जो मोटे मोटे हैं जिनका असर बाकी जगह है वो शुरू करता हूँ:-
1. अमेरिका भी जय हिन्द कहना सीख गया
2. चीन भी चहकना भूल गया
3. ईराक से सभी 38 नर्स सकुशल आ गयी

वाला अस्सी घाट और अन्य सभी घांट वापिस अपनी पहचान स्थापित करने लगे )

बढ़ गया।
24. पाकिस्तान और भारत को नोटों के लिए कागज़ देने
वाली कम्पनी को बैन किया
ताकि नकली नोटों का झंझट खत्म हो.
25. देश में छुपा काला धन बाहर लाने के लिए 2005 से पहले के सभी नोट जुलाई के बाद बेकार हो जाएंगे. इसलिए अब काला धन बनाने वालों को वो सारा पैसा विकास चक्र में लाने ही होंगे.
26. पाकिस्तान और बांग्लादेश से आये सभी हिन्दुओं को भारत की नागरिकता मिलेगी जो वहां इस्लाम के अत्याचारों से दुखी हो कर भारत में अब तक
शरणार्थी बन के रह रहे थे,
ये तो वो काम हैं जो हो चुके हैं मोदी जी ने कर दिए हैं। अभी तो बहुत है लिखने के लिए कल से शुरू करूंगा.
एक ऐसा प्रधानमंत्री जो दिन रात सिर्फ और सिर्फ देश
के लिए सोचता है जीता है जिसके पास अपना कुछ
भी नहीं जिसके परिवार के लोग आज भी साधारण सा जीवन जीते हैं.
विरोधियों की गालियां सुनता है, अपनों के ताने सहता है।
फिर भी अपने उद्देश्य से भटकता नहीं बस सुखद परिणाम देता चला जाता है.

Following are few links which also tells about Mr. Modi's performance . There are employees who simply think what they benefits they have got and when their acche din will come?
They are true in their demand and expectation. It is the duty of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi who use to promise an active, effective and honest government, to see why there is inordinate delay in signing of wage agreement for bank staff and should see why bank staff are on agitation for last 26 months, why IBA is unable to sign an wage agreement without inviting frequent strikes and why all others in Ministry of Finance are silent spectators ?
It is the duty of PM to keep health of finance , banks and all departments which are core sector of the economy in good health .It is unfortunate that without strike and violence on road, Indian government do not understand the problems of employees or common men . I thought this is only the culture of Congress Party ,but things have not changed during Modi's regime to an extent which was expected from not only from bank staff but also from common men.
Whatsoever it may be , we all must look into larger perspective and keep the interest of the country above all self interest. We must see whether the image of India 's has really started shining. ?
If we do not understand the ground reality , we will indirectly invite the same corrupt government of Congress Party which ruled the country for more than five decades and fully damaged the fundamentals of the country.
If we continue to criticise a PM like Mr. Modi on flimsy grounds like his dress, his posture, his wife or his personal likings and dislikings, we will invite leaders like Lallu, Mulayam, Mayawati, Sibu Soren, Karunanidhi,Farooq Abdullah,Uddav Thakre, Raj Thakre and many other personalities who have left no stone unturned for their self interest as also to tarnish the image of the country, to disturb unity of caste and communities for their self interest for their families and who have got no national objective in their agenda .
We should keep in mind that politicians who are abusing Modi also used to abuse Mr. Kejriwal before he is finally elected by voters. But all those selfish and ill-motivated politicians are now backing Mr. Kejriwal with an ulterior motive to weaken Mr. Modi and Mr. BJP so that they may come back to power. Country faces greater risk from selfish and corrupt politicians more.
As such it is the duty of all educated persons to have a balanced view and keep the interest of the country always above all and should always be beware of corrupt and selfish politicians.
If country is not safe and secure, if society is disturbed, if inflation goes beyond control, if self respect and honour is not protected, an increase of five to six percent more in wage hike will prove futile in long run. We should aspire for good governance to should get rid of corruption and flattery raj.
Bank staff should also keep in mind that even UPA government did nothing during 18 months and left parties which treat itself as only well wisher of working class are also not coming forward to expedite wage agreement.
It is the duty of UFBU to introspect where they are at fault , why IBA is cleverly postponing negotiation and why there is deadlock on the issue of wage talk. Delay of two years and more is not new in Bipartite settlement. But the efforts of Bank unions should also be genuine and sincere.

I hope media men who for last few days spending much time in abusing Mr. Modi and praising Mr. Kejriwal . People of India have tasted the ability, potential and performance of Mr. Modi for decades, but not tasted that of Mr. Kejriwal.
Yes one must be positive on Mr. Kejriwal , but should not be disappointed with Mr. Modi and should stop making mockery of Mr. Modi who has several domestic and international issues to take care of and who has to make India strong , give inclusive growth and give good governance.

If we are afraid of persons like Lalu, Mulayam, Mayawati, Uddav Thakre, Raj Thakre, Sibu soren, Karunanidhi,Farooq Abdullah, Rahul Gandhi, Manmohan singh, digvijay Singh, Manish Tiwari, Kapil sibbal we must keep patience and give full time and freedom to Mr. Modi to rule this country . And Achhe din will definitely come soon. In democracy we have right to criticise , but we must keep other options in mind . It is always good to have a bird in hand than two in bush.

We as a banker not supposed to abuse one or praise the other. If anyone has done wrong should be put behind the bars and if one is not doing so his nature can be gauzed. More a government in power should make lame excuses. What were the expectation of the bankers what they have achieved. Do we feel any difference. How nonsense it is to compare oil and it's allied products with achievement of Government, when everyone is known that they are market linked. PAKISTAN DAR GAYA , CHINA DAR GAYA , AMERICA JHUK GAYA , how no one knows? Congress ne Desh ko loota hai, if it is true why they are roaming freely.
