जिन्होंने बिना किसी योग्यता के मात्र धांधली कर 'पांच वर्ष तक सेवा करेंगे'के आधार पर लोगों को गुमराह किया ,देश के संविधान के धज्जियां उड़ाई पर उनपर किसी प्रकार की कार्रवाई नहीं हुई 'अपितु
आजीवन निवृत्ति भत्ता के उत्तराधिकारी बने। किसी भी धांधली पर कोई दंड नहीं भुगते। उलटे शाही तौर
पर सुविधा भोगते रहे और जब चाहा अपना वेतन,भत्ता एवं अन्य सभी सुविधाएं बढ़वाते रहे।
इसके उलट
बैंकों में कड़ी प्रतियोगिता से चयन होकर आये। पूरी निष्ठा से अपनी सेवा प्रदान किये। प्रशासनिक एवं
राजनैतिक दवाबो...ं में रहे। सेवा द्वारा बैंकों की स्थिति में सुधार किया। लाभांश बढाया ,किन्तु जब वेतन
बढ़ोत्तरी की बात आयी तो टालमटोल होता रहा।
एक तरफ तो सांसदों का वेतन एवं अन्य सुविधाएं रातोंरात बढ़ जाती है। उस समय देश पर आर्थिक बोझ नहीं पड़ता ,किन्तु देश की आर्थिक स्थिति को
सुदृढ़ करने वाले बैंक के कर्मचारियों की वेतन बढ़ोत्तरी एवं अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं की मांग होती है
तो देश की आर्थिक स्थिति खतरे में आ जाती है।
यह दोगली नीति अपनाने वाले भूल जाते हैं कि अगर
बैंक कर्मचारी अपनेपर उतर आये और कार्य बंद कर हड़ताल पर चले गए तो फिर देश का क्या होगा यह बताने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। फिर भी बैंक कर्मचारी देश का अहित नहीं चाहते ,इसीलिये वे दीर्घ अवधि तक हड़ताल में नहीं जा रहे। उनको अनायास दण्डित करना ,उनकी सहनशीलता की परीक्षा लेना तथा नवम्बर ,2012 से 'वेतन पुनर्गठन' की जायज मांगें नहीं मानी गयी और अनर्गल कारण देकर मांगों
को खींचा गया तो पानी सिर से उंचा बहने लगेगा और ना चाहते हुए भी लम्बी लड़ाई पर उतर जायेंगे । इसके कारण देश मं जो अव्यवस्था फैलेगी इसकी पूरी जवाबदेही IBA और वित्त मंत्रालय पर होगी। अपना तो एक ही नारा है :
"हर जोर-ज़ुलूम के टक्कर में
संघर्ष हमारा नारा है।"
Government knows very well bankmen can never make any nuisance.They just go on token strikes of a day or two. Bankmen will cover up the arrear work of strike period by late sittings,without even claiming any over time compensation.
ReplyDeleteIn democracy the two clear divisions persist in the system,1.doer and 2.eater.Doer has only right to do all works,and eater has every right to eat,without doing any thing,as doer is doing everything.
Untill bankers also doesn't learn making nuisance,govt.is not going to give him any ear.See school teachers.They have no duties,no performance expectations,maximum holidays and maximum regular wage hike.Today a school teacher is paid more than our PO,who has to come 25days a month,10hrs a day,take big big financial and operational decisions daily.
Why should govt listen to us.Did we refuse any work,leave work in arrear,go out for paan-pudia in working hours,waste any second even in the name of lunch break even.We should know our value and rights too.We under pressure of duties,ignored our rights ourselves.If we ourselves don't care for our rights,why anyone else[including government] should bother us about?
